World Stomatological Organization (WSO) × Shenzhen Dental Association (SZDA)
On 13 October 2025, the World Stomatological Organization (WSO) and the Shenzhen Dental Association (SZDA) formalized a historic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Shenzhen, China, marking a significant milestone in advancing international cooperation in dentistry.
The partnership establishes a long-term framework to promote Shenzhen as a global hub for dental science, innovation, and healthcare development. Under this agreement, WSO and SZDA will collaborate closely on academic, industrial, and cultural exchange through key initiatives such as the Shenzhen Dental High-Tech Expo (SDHE).
Through this MOU, both parties reaffirm their shared commitment to:
• Strengthen global collaboration in dental education, research, and professional development.
• Facilitate international delegation programs, bringing together dental professionals, entrepreneurs, and policymakers from around the world.
• Advance multilateral partnerships under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).
• Position Shenzhen as the permanent anchor city for WSO’s global conferences and fellowship ceremonies.
This collaboration symbolizes a unifying bridge between the global dental community and China’s rapidly growing dental industry, embodying WSO’s vision of “One World, One Oral Health, One Smile.”
