Application Process for WSO Fellowship

The World Stomatological Organization (WSO) invites all individuals with to submit applications for conferment as Prodigy Fellow or WSO Fellow, in recognition of their professional merit, contributions, and commitment to advancing the field of oral healthcare globally.
This process is governed by the WSO Credentialing Committee to ensure the integrity, transparency, and merit-based standards of our international fellowship.

Submission Guidelines

Applicants are required to complete the official WSO Fellowship Application Form (FAF). All applications must include the following supporting documentation:

  • A comprehensive and updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • All related certificates of mentioned credentials

All submissions shall be sent electronically to the following official WSO email at wsiorginfo@gmail.com.

Credential Review & Notification

Upon receipt, the WSO Credentialing Committee shall undertake a comprehensive evaluation of each application. The standard review period is seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days, following which the applicant shall receive formal notification of the outcome.

Successful Applicants:

  • Shall receive an Official Letter of Approval and Congratulations issued by the WSO Headquarters.
  • Will be issued an invoice for the appropriate conferment fee:
  • Payment instructions and details regarding the next available conferment ceremony (physical or virtual) will be included.

Unsuccessful Applicants:

  • Shall receive a formal Letter of Rejection, including specific reasons for the Committee’s decision.
  • The applicant shall be eligible to submit a revised application within sixty (60) calendar days, unless otherwise stated in the rejection notice.
  • Where appropriate, applicants may seek further clarification or advisory from the WSO Secretariat before reapplication.
