WSO strongly encourages all applicants to submit their Membership and Fellowship applications through the official WSO Online Portal at https://portal.wso.global.
This form is provided only as an alternative submission method for exceptional cases where the applicant is unable to use the portal due to technical difficulty, access limitation, or other valid reason.
If an applicant submits through this form or by manual PDF submission, the applicant is kindly required to personally email the WSO Secretariat at wsiorginfo@gmail.com to notify us of the submission and provide the reason for using the alternative method, so we may assist further and avoid any delay, omission, or processing oversight.
WSO reserves the right to request applicants to resubmit their application through the online portal if necessary.
Applications for WSO Fellowship (Prodigy Fellow or Fellow) are open to qualified professionals who demonstrate merit, contribution, and leadership in the field of oral healthcare.
Your application will be reviewed by the WSO Credentialing Committee within 7–14 working days.
Successful candidates will receive an Official Letter of Approval and Invoice for the fellowship conferment fee, along with details of the upcoming WSO Conferment Ceremony.
Unsuccessful applicants will be notified formally and may reapply within 60 days after addressing the feedback provided.
