Application Process for WSO Membership and Fellowship

Online Portal Application Flow

All applicants are required to submit their WSO Membership and Fellowship applications through the official online portal:

https://portal.wso.global

The application process is as follows:

Step 1: Create Member Account

Applicant creates an account through the WSO Online Membership and Fellowship Portal.

Step 2: Submit WSO Membership Registration

Applicant completes and submits the WSO Membership registration form through the portal.

Step 3: Membership Pending Review

After submission, the membership registration will be reviewed by WSO Admin / Secretariat.

Step 4: Membership Approval Notification

Once approved, the applicant will receive an email notification confirming that the WSO Membership registration has been approved.

Step 5: Login to WSO Member Account

Applicant may then log in to the WSO member account using the approved login credentials.

Step 6: Submit Fellowship Application

If the applicant wishes to apply for Fellowship, the applicant may proceed to submit the Fellowship Application through the member account.

Step 7: Upload Credentials and Supporting Documents

Applicant should complete the Fellowship Application as thoroughly as possible and upload the relevant credentials, certificates, CV, professional achievements, and supporting documents.

Step 8: Credentialing Review

The application will be reviewed by the WSO Credentialing Committee. The appropriate Fellowship tier will be assessed based on the applicant’s experience, credentials, professional contribution, and suitability under the WSO Fellowship Ascension Pathway.

Step 9: Fellowship Outcome Notification

The applicant will be formally notified of the outcome of the Fellowship Application.

Step 10: Conferment Process

Successful Fellowship applicants will receive further instructions regarding the applicable conferment fee, payment process, and next available WSO International Conferment Ceremony.
